RECEIVING INSPECTION

Receiving Inspection entails the initial inspection of components as they come into the building from suppliers. Responsibilities include the identification and documentation of any deviations from what was ordered. Inspections are conducted using a variety of gauges, micrometers, calipers, and height gauges, based on customer specifications. Candidates proficient with CMM operation are preferred.
