MATERIALS SPECIALIST

Stein Seal designs and manufactures mechanical seals specific to all the major aircraft gas turbine manufacturers. We are currently expanding our product lines to better serve our customers.

Stein Seal is seeking an Individual with a background in aerospace materials, heat treating, and metallic coatings and platings. This is a full-time position in our purchasing department. Responsibilities include auditing and qualifying potential, new and current suppliers for Stein Seal. This position requires some overnight travel within the region.

A technical degree in materials science is not necessary, though applicants without one should have extensive experience in related fields. On-the-job training will be offered where necessary to ensure full competence in all areas of the job. Individuals must be detail-oriented and have good computer skills.
